Pinkman Records

Pinkman is an independent electronic music label founded in Rotterdam in 2013 by Marsman. Its sound is raw and dancefloor-driven, moving between EBM, industrial and leftfield techno, with a DIY, defiant attitude and a moody, "postmodern cybernetic dystopia" aesthetic.

With Pinkman, we worked within the label's existing visual identity, a palette dominated by deep blue, with red accents and black, white and grey. Each piece was built on distorted, liquid and glitched imagery that matches the music's raw, industrial energy, set against elegant, classic typography. We designed posters for club nights and the label's 10-year anniversary tour across Rotterdam, Paris, Tallinn and beyond. We also made record covers and labels, limited numbered editions on clear vinyl, and merchandise including the label's scarf, bandana and longsleeve.
